Premium: the AI front office
$149/mo
or $1,490 a year, with two months free
- Everything in Base, plus:
- An AI voice receptionist on the calls you miss or forward, day or night
- Two-way text conversations that end in a booked job
- It only books windows you have open, and it never invents a price
- It hands the call to you the moment a caller needs a person
Payments taken through Ailura (card, ACH, Cash App Pay, financing) carry a 0.2% platform fee on top of standard Stripe processing, capped at $10 per transaction no matter how big the job. Cash and checks are never charged a fee. Very heavy AI voice usage can carry usage fees, and we'll tell you well before that ever applies to you.
How it stacks up
What a one-person shop usually pays for the pieces Ailura bundles together:
| What you'd buy instead | Typical price for one person | The catch |
|---|---|---|
| Housecall Pro | ~$59–79/mo to start | Climbs fast once you add features. No AI receptionist. |
| Jobber | ~$39–69/mo to start | Priced per user, and automation costs extra |
| Human answering service | $200–400/mo | Takes a message but cannot book the job |
| Standalone AI receptionist | $99–300/mo | No schedule behind it, so it cannot book anything |
| Ailura Premium | $149/mo | All of the above, wired together |
Straight answers
What is the platform fee?
When a customer pays you through Ailura we keep 0.2% of that transaction, capped at $10. A $500 repair costs you a dollar. A $12,000 install costs you ten, and never more. That sits on top of Stripe's standard processing. Take cash or a check and there's no fee at all.
What about a phone number?
If you're starting out, we set you up with a local business number and it's included in the price. Already have one your customers know? Keep it. The AI receptionist answers the calls you miss or forward on that number instead.
What if I hate typing on my phone?
Good, so do we. Ailura takes voice input, the buttons are deliberately large, and it never asks you to key in a part number. Photograph the receipt instead.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, and you can cancel whenever you want. An annual plan trades that flexibility for two free months.
What if I don't have a business yet?
That's exactly who this is for. You don't need lettering on the truck or an LLC on file before you start. Tell us your trade on the next page and we'll help you work out what comes first. Licensed trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical do need a state license to operate. If you're not there yet, we'll point you at the steps for your state.
What trades does this cover?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, housekeeping, car detailing, lawn care, and pressure washing so far, with more on the way. The price and the bundle are the same whichever one is yours.
Texting rules and consent?
Every customer text (confirmations, reminders, on-my-way messages, review requests) follows carrier rules and our SMS terms. A customer can ask for email instead, and you can switch the whole shop over to email if you would rather.
